i dream BIG. Here goes...i have hours of documentation of my husband verbally abusing me....in front of our then 16-22month old....
yes..i still am married...he pays mortgage+utilities...i raise the kiddo (great kiddo...much thanks to me...honestly...multilingual and patient kiddo) Husband left us 2months ago...sleeps at office 25miles away...never calls to visit...doesnt stop by either...replenishes joint checking acct with only $400 for me to raise kiddo on...and buy groceries..gas...phone bill...car insurance...medical needs...let alone maybe a toy/clothing for OUR kiddo....
if divorce...then courts will automatically grant 40-50% custody...hmmm soooo wrong...
United.States.needs to realize that Verbal Abuse is as legally punishable as Physical abuse....i have documentation...yet the Family Court will turn the head the other direction i am told....huh? appaling
who will fight for me? for my kiddo?...
i am raising kiddo ALONE...i said to husband..it is difficult when he just leaves and isnt a participating parent.....husbanf said "it is supposed to be difficult on you".hmmm
any one gonna overhaul the system with me with raw real data as i have?
