After researching about sociopathy and other disorders, I have concluded that my ex probably does not APD because he SEEMS to be able to empathize, and he does cry.

He scored 10, but he IS good with his finances, hardworking, hates smoking and drinking, and tries to live a moral and ethical life. He also hates liars. But he constantly violates boundaries and doesn't agree that he does it. He still swears black and blue that he has or is changing and that I shouldn't believe therapists who say they never change.

This is in response to the above comment. In case you are thinking of getting back together with this guy.

A few psychopaths I know are also hard working, are well-trained and seem good with finances, seem against smoking and drinking and seem to live a moral life. Oh, and they can cry too. Like all humans and cows too, each has their own personality. The Duggar family (19 Kids and Counting) is great at training up psychopaths. They even have a game titled something like "The Right Response Game." These cults train their kids to do and say the right thing but if one has the brain functioning of a psychopath, it is all superficial. The oldest Duggar kid displays many psychopathic traits (always late etc).

The problem comes with truth and reality. If you want someone who SEEMS right and LOOKS right, you may get that SOME of the time with a person who has the brain functioning of a psychopath, but it will takes it's toll. You are clearly not 100% sure about this guy or you wouldn't even be contemplating this stuff.

Since you aren't married yet PLEASE find a place that does MRI's testing for psychopathy. PLEASE! DNA testing too. Dr. James Fallon is a psychopathic neuroscientist who talks about the genetics of this.

Check out Youtube. Watch the "I, Psychopath" video paying close attention to his wife and what he says about her towards the end when he thinks it's private. And "BBC Horizon--Are We Born Good or Evil?" Pay attention to what James Fallons' wife and son say.

There is a heavy price to pay to commit your life to one who has the brain functioning of a psychopath. It's genetic so you have a high chance of giving birth to children who will never be capable of loving others and will be jealous and full of hatred. It'd be quicker to commit suicide as your soul will slowly die.

After having answered the questions on this list honestly, I had 6 points which makes me a sociopath.
    Thank you very much.
I am a hard working doctor with a helper syndrome, but I do admit that I have a problem with procrastination and a fondness of bending dum rules if it does not harm anyone.
Oh, and if being late is a reason to stamp psychopath on someone's head, that is one of the silliest things I have ever heard.
